The Vasistas opening solution is similar to that of a hinged door, with the only difference being that it is hinged at the bottom rather than on the sides.

This solution, normally used in the upper areas of walls, is used to ventilate secondary areas of apartments, such as: lofts, garages etc.

However, considering its position on the wall and therefore not very easy to open, several solutions are possible:

1. If the opening is accessible

• Using a central ratchet

2. If the opening is less accessible:

• Using a "rope" system;
• Using a "Ventus" system with a lever mechanism;
• Using a "motorised" system.
